I am 5 weeks pregnant and experienced sharp lower abdominal pain starting yesterday around 11pm. The pain is now lighter but comes in waves and is accompanied by nausea and bloating. Do these spots on the top part of my vagina look to be of anything concerning? They are painful to the touch and feel similar to pimples or boils I get on my thighs and underarm pits. I don’t have any inside of the vagina itself.
