I have an itchy feeling in my vagina and anal area for about a year. I haven't experienced this in the past, and I have HPV. My last pap test was last year with irregular results. I don't have a fishy odor, but I sometimes have discharge and it stings after showering. I've tried medication for yeast infections without success. Could it be vaginitis, and would that affect my anal area?

I have celiac disease/gluten intolerance and I'm using NuvaRing. Sometimes, when I accidentally consume gluten, I take a digestive supplement to help with digestion. Is it safe to take this supplement while using NuvaRing, and will it affect the effectiveness of the NuvaRing?

I had a difficult experience with a c-section and wound infection after my first child, which took a long time to heal. I'm concerned about having another c-section and potentially facing similar issues if we try for another baby. What are my options, and is it advisable for us to try to get pregnant again?

My wife had another miscarriage today. She's bleeding heavily, and this is her second in a year. She has three kids from a previous relationship, and we both really wanted a child together. I'm not emotionally connected with her other kids, and I'm afraid this is going to build resentment towards them because my kids live in another household. Should I seek counseling? Also, she was close to 3 months along, and she has an appointment next Friday with her OB. She saw tissue in her blood and is bleeding heavily but is not in pain. The OB is not aware of the miscarriage. What should we do?

I am 53 years old and for 1 year and a half, I had no period. Then in December last year, I bled heavily for 20 days straight. Now I bleed every month for one day and any time I can bleed but won't need a pad. When I do, I have blood clots some really really huge, larger than a quarter. This happens all month. Sometimes the blood just happens and then it's gone as fast as it came. Are you using any contraceptives? When did your last period begin? When was your last pap test, and what were the results? Any swelling, discoloration, or unusual smells? Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?

I've been trying to get pregnant for almost 4 months. I'm 21 years old and had my last period 3 days ago. I don't use any medications and have no other medical history. Do I need to see a doctor, and do you have any recommendations?
