I have been bleeding over 250 mls a day for 4 days. Should I go to the ER? I'm on norethindrone and tranexenic acid with no slowing down. I use a menstrual cup- 30 mls every 2-4 hours. Clots about the size of ping pong balls. Cramping so bad I can hardly get out of bed. I have endometriosis, and this is the second time I've had such heavy bleeding.

I am currently ovulating but woke up bleeding this morning. The bleeding was a little bit yesterday but this morning there was a tiny clot and a little blood. I am 34 years old and not taking any medication. I had a miscarriage in June of this year. This is the first time this has happened, and I have very mild cramps. I have been trying to get pregnant and have been monitoring my ovulation closely. This cycle was different with a rapid onset LH spike and it was extremely high. What could be causing this bleeding and should I be concerned?

I am 33 years old and have been trying to get pregnant since May. My periods were very normal before, but now they have become irregular. I had spotting and bleeding after stopping progesterone, and my doctor prescribed an endometrial biopsy (EMB) procedure. I had an ultrasound that showed cysts on both ovaries, with the right one being larger. I am now bleeding again and wondering if it could be implantation bleeding or withdrawal from the progesterone. Is this much bleeding normal? Should I get more progesterone pills? Should I proceed with the EMB? Could it be implantation?

I have been on my period for longer than usual for quite some time. I’ve always had an irregular period. My husband and I are trying for a baby, but we can’t if my cycle doesn’t go away. I’m 25 years old and my period has been on for months, with spotting in between cycles. I’m not taking any medications and don’t have any chronic conditions that I’m aware of. What could be causing this prolonged and irregular bleeding, and what steps should I take to address it?
