Should I go to the hospital for vaginal pain? The pain started late Wednesday night and is constant with itching. There is redness on the vulva, but no discharge. I am 18 years old, not using any medications, and have no recent history of antibiotics or STIs. I am sexually active but had not had sex for two weeks before the pain started.
