I have a lump on my vagina that is irritated and has been present for a month. The lump was initially purple, formed scabs, and now has a white head. It is uncomfortable and stings more than it hurts. I have tried to squeeze it, which makes it more irritated. What could this be, and what should I do about it?

Should I go to the hospital for vaginal pain? The pain started late Wednesday night and is constant with itching. There is redness on the vulva, but no discharge. I am 18 years old, not using any medications, and have no recent history of antibiotics or STIs. I am sexually active but had not had sex for two weeks before the pain started. There are also red bumps on the inside, and the pain is coming from the lips that connect to my clitoris.

I have irregular periods, but recently I've been experiencing spotting instead of my period and heavy bleeding. I'm 28 years old, I used to take birth control pills but didn't continue because I would forget them. My last period started/ended recently, and I've experienced stress and weight gain. I also have dry, itchy skin around my inner thighs and stomach, which sometimes gets red and swollen when scratched. What could be causing these issues and what can I do to address them?
