I have been dealing with persistent vaginal and butt itching, mild urinary symptoms, and occasional vaginal and butt pain for almost two years, despite treatment for yeast infections, group B strep, and UTIs. I have been diagnosed with PID and have a cyst on my ovary, but the cause of my symptoms remains unclear. I am diabetic and have had trace blood, glucose, high squamous cells, and high protein in my urine. What could be causing my symptoms and what further tests or treatments should I consider?

I haven't had my period in almost 3 months, which is the longest gap I've ever had. I'm not using any contraceptives and I'm trying to conceive, but all 20 pregnancy tests have been negative. My last period began on February 24th. My last pap test was in September 2019 with no unusual results. I typically have periods every other month. I am 23 years old, slightly overweight, and have not noticed any recent weight changes, illnesses, or unusual stress. What could be causing my missed period and what should I do?
