I have been dealing with recurring yeast infections for a year now. The symptoms include white or yellow-green discharge, vulva swelling, itching, and burning after sex. I am 23 years old, have tried fluconazole and boric acid, but the infection returns once I stop taking the medication. I have had the same sexual partner and have tested negative for STDs. What treatments can help manage and prevent these recurring yeast infections?

Doctor says I have normal glandular cells on my vagina and sometimes it reacts badly and pokes when I get a yeast infection, then goes away. Some say friction from sex, but it didn't bother me until a month after and I got results of a yeast infection. I'm confused. Could the yeast infection cause this? And why?

I missed my period, which was supposed to be on October 27th. My breasts hurt, I'm bloated, and constipated, and when I try to push, I start to spot. What could be the cause of this?

I stopped using Depo-Provera in February and have been experiencing prolonged, light bleeding since March 28th. I've been on various contraceptives since I was 15, including Depo-Provera, and I'm now 21. I've had negative pregnancy tests and no pain, but I'm concerned about the ongoing bleeding. What could be causing this and what should I ask my gynecologist?

I’ve been spotting almost every day for about 3 weeks, especially when I work out. I recently had a tubal reversal in May. I am 30 years old, have no pain but occasional discomfort in my lower abdomen, and my last pap test in June was normal. I have 4 children and my menstrual cycle is usually irregular. I am having unprotected sex regularly and trying to conceive again. What could be causing the spotting?
