I have been diagnosed with atrophic vaginitis and have severe itching. The doctor prescribed Premarin cream. I am two years into menopause, not sexually active but have a strong sex drive and produce plenty of lubrication when aroused. I am concerned about my diagnosis and whether I might have something other than atrophic vaginitis, given my dryness in the vulva area and pubic hair area but lubrication when aroused. Additionally, I want to know if I will need to use Premarin forever or if it's possible to reverse this condition.

I have a painful lump between my anus and vagina, about the size of a dime, that is painful to the touch, when sitting, and when walking. I was able to squeeze it, and some pus came out, but it hasn't gone down yet. These lumps have been recurring, taking weeks or months to fade away, leaving dark spots, and reappearing in the same general area but changing location. I've been trying to keep the area clean and dry, using cortisone cream, but there's been no change. What can I do to treat and prevent these in the future?

I'm 30 years old and have always had irregular periods. Recently, I've had to use Plan B about 5 times over the last year, with 2 to 3 months between uses, as regular birth control pills affect me badly. This month, I missed 2 months of my period, and I'm not pregnant. I have been diagnosed with HPV. What could be causing my missed periods, and what should I do next?

I was on microgynon for 4 years and came off it last November. My periods were irregular after stopping, with cycles ranging from 42 to 58 days. I have not had a period in 120 days and have taken multiple pregnancy tests, all negative. Why have I not had a period, and is it likely I will be infertile?

I have recurring sores on my labia that look like paper cuts. I don’t have a yeast infection and negative for STIs. It’s not blustered. It looks just like a skin tear about 1.5” long. It is not from sexual activity as I have not been active in a while. I get one every month or two for the past year and a half.

Do women with PCOS have difficulty conceiving and are more prone to miscarriages? Additionally, does stopping birth control for PCOS treatment lead to severe pain and irregular cycles, and is it worth seeking fertility treatment for PCOS?
