I have been experiencing brown discharge for about 3 days, starting a week after my period. The discharge is sometimes watery and sometimes thick and gooey, with a mild smell. I also have slight back pain, vaginal dryness, and occasional urges to pee. My last period was irregular, with only brown blood on the first day. Can stress cause this, and is there anything else I should be concerned about?

I think I might be having late implantation bleeding. My period is 7 days late, and I've taken multiple negative urine pregnancy tests. I started with light brown spotting, which has now turned dark red, and I am experiencing cramping.
