I am a 27-year-old woman experiencing a white, tissue-like substance in my urine, along with itchiness and irritation in my vagina and around my vulva, increased urge to urinate, cloudy urine, light spotting, and my period is due either today or tomorrow. I had unprotected sex with my partner four days ago. I stopped taking oral birth control 1 1/2 months ago and have been on a new 5mg ADHD/stimulant medication for 2 days. I've tested negative for BV and yeast infection. What could be causing these symptoms?

I am 3 days late for my period, have sore breasts, and a white, odorless discharge with a negative pregnancy test. My last period started on February 4 and lasted only 4 days with very light spotting. My periods have gotten shorter but come on time. I took an emergency contraception pill on January 17, 2023, and had a little lower stomach pain on Saturday. My last checkup was in March of last year. I just got my blood results back and my HCG levels were a 10. My OBGYN wants to see me Monday to go over the results and if needed an ultrasound, however this morning I have been bleeding and have blood clots. Does this indicate a chemical pregnancy or miscarriage? My last period was March 17. I had unprotected sex April 7 and took a plan B April 9.
