I have a large (small orange) sized lump on the posterior side of my vaginal wall. I had a hysterectomy with removal of cervix and both ovaries two years ago. Intercourse with my husband hurts so bad that I cried last time. It is like being cut with daggers and then pouring salt on the wound. We have never had this problem before and we used plenty of lubricant, tried going slower and changing positions to no avail. By the time we gave up I was nauseous from the pain. Can you tell me what this could be?

I have been experiencing consistent loose stools with occasional diarrhea for the past month and a half, which began from former antibiotic use. I am taking birth control pills (Minastrin FE). Am I protected from pregnancy even though I have had loose stools? Additionally, I took Diflucan for a yeast infection developed during antibiotic use. Will this affect the birth control pill?
