I had a surgical procedure scheduled last week, but a urine HCG test came back positive, indicating pregnancy. I took an at-home pregnancy test which also showed positive. Today, I experienced cramping on my left side, bleeding, and a small blood clot, similar to a normal period. Could I have miscarried? I believe I am at most 4 weeks pregnant, with my last menstrual cycle starting on 8/1/2020. I was previously told my tubes were blocked and pregnancy was unlikely without IVF. What should I do next?

I'm 10 weeks pregnant and noticed some slight brown discharge when I wiped last night and this morning. Should I be concerned? My pregnancy has been fine so far, with some nausea, fatigue, back pain, and normal white discharge. The brown discharge has no odor, is very sparse, light tan in color, and slightly creamy with no clumps. I have high blood pressure, bipolar depression, and am 44 years old, making me high risk. This is my first pregnancy.
