I'm having vaginal itching but no discharge. The itchiness started on Monday and comes and goes, but it's mild. The itch is more inside, and there are no visible skin changes. I have no known allergies and no other relevant medical history. I had symptoms of a UTI last week but they were gone by the weekend. What could be causing the itching, and what should I do?

I'm 10 weeks pregnant and noticed some slight brown discharge when I wiped last night and this morning. Should I be concerned? My pregnancy has been fine so far, with some nausea, fatigue, back pain, and normal white discharge. The brown discharge has no odor, is very sparse, light tan in color, and slightly creamy with no clumps. I have high blood pressure, bipolar depression, and am 44 years old, making me high risk. This is my first pregnancy.
