I have been experiencing persistent pain in my lower abdomen, irregular periods, and additional symptoms such as lower back pain and mild cramping in my thighs. The pain is sometimes dull and sometimes sharp, and it has become more constant over time. I am sexually active and sometimes experience pain during intercourse. I also recently felt lightheaded and nauseous, almost passing out. What could be causing these symptoms?

I'm scared I'm pregnant. I'm using the barrier method, specifically condoms, and I'm 8 days late on my period. I've been experiencing cramps and sore breasts for the last few days. My periods haven't been regular since I was a kid, and I've recently been on antibiotics for an upper respiratory infection. I get scared about the idea of getting pregnant every time I have sex, even though it's always protected.

I was supposed to get my period on May 8th, but I haven't yet and today I started spotting with cramps. I took a pregnancy test last week that was negative, and I have a doctor's appointment next week. I was on birth control for 15 years until July 2022, and my periods have been regular since November, coming between the 4th-8th of each month. I'm 30 years old and not on any medications. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My clitoris is swollen and painful like a bruise, but no bruising or injury. The pain started 2 days ago and is consistent, dull, and feels like a bruise. I am 37 years old, have no medical conditions, and am not taking any medications. There are no obvious reasons for the swelling or tenderness, and I have not noticed any burns, pain during urination, abdominal pain, increased frequency of urination, changes in urine color or smell, or blood in urine.
