I'm scared I'm pregnant. I'm using the barrier method, specifically condoms, and I'm 8 days late on my period. I've been experiencing cramps and sore breasts for the last few days. My periods haven't been regular since I was a kid, and I've recently been on antibiotics for an upper respiratory infection. I get scared about the idea of getting pregnant every time I have sex, even though it's always protected.

I took a pregnancy test last week that was negative, and I have a doctor's appointment next week. My clitoris is swollen and painful like a bruise, but no bruising or injury. The pain started 2 days ago and is consistent, dull, and feels like a bruise. I am 37 years old, have no medical conditions, and am not taking any medications. There are no obvious reasons for the swelling or tenderness, and I have not noticed any burns, pain during urination, abdominal pain, increased frequency of urination, changes in urine color or smell, or blood in urine.

I am 37 weeks and five days pregnant with my third baby. I was at the hospital for false labor and was dilated 4cm, scheduled for induction on Monday. However, I am losing a lot of mucus with blood every time I use the bathroom. Should I go back to the hospital or is this normal?
