I have large clots during my period, heavy bleeding, and mild cramps. My period started on 12/20, and I change my pad every 3 hours. I take Adderall for ADHD and have had irregular periods, sometimes delayed by up to 15 days. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I've been heavily bleeding all day with significant clotting. This is heavier than ever before and just started today. I'm 26 years old, had a miscarriage, and received the Depo-Provera shot three weeks ago. I took Aleve for cramping before the bleeding started. I'm also anemic. Is this an emergency or related to the Depo-Provera shot?

I am in my first trimester and need to rid my body of THC from smoking weed before I found out I was pregnant. I haven't had an ultrasound or any tests yet, and I'm taking prenatal vitamins. I also experienced a traumatic event and started lightly bleeding. I don't have health insurance and am living out of our car.
