I've also tried birth control pills in the past, which made me nauseous and caused vomiting. Does PMDD affect symptoms around ovulation, and would a birth control ring be effective in managing these symptoms similarly to birth control pills?

She has had two ultrasounds showing a healthy pregnancy, lower than normal progesterone, and has been off her heart medication diltiazam for the pregnancy.
