I was diagnosed with PMDD 8 months ago and have been experiencing severe depression and anxiety symptoms, particularly around ovulation and 10 days before my period. I've tried various antidepressants like duloxetine, fluoxetine, paroxetine, and zolof, but they caused bad side effects. I've also tried birth control pills in the past, which made me nauseous and caused vomiting. Does PMDD affect symptoms around ovulation, and would a birth control ring be effective in managing these symptoms similarly to birth control pills?

My wife is 8 weeks pregnant and has had some spotting in the last hour with one more solid small chunk. It’s night time here and we’re not sure who to call or what we should be doing. She has had two ultrasounds showing a healthy pregnancy, lower than normal progesterone, and has been off her heart medication diltiazam for the pregnancy. She has had reduced nausea since stopping the medication. What could be causing the spotting and what should we do in case of an emergency during the night?

I had a first response digital test that said I was pregnant when I tested the day after my expected period. Now, two days later, I'm having red blood. Is this a miscarriage? I am not using any contraceptives, my last period began on May 28th, and my periods are regular. My last pap test was on 7/19, and I've been trying to get pregnant for 9 months, tracking ovulation through a Mira tracker.

I am a 27-year-old woman experiencing a white, tissue-like substance in my urine, along with itchiness and irritation in my vagina and around my vulva, increased urge to urinate, cloudy urine, light spotting, and my period is due either today or tomorrow. I had unprotected sex with my partner four days ago. I stopped taking oral birth control 1 1/2 months ago and have been on a new 5mg ADHD/stimulant medication for 2 days. I've tested negative for BV and yeast infection. What could be causing these symptoms?
