I have been experiencing symptoms of vaginitis for 4 days, including a swollen vaginal opening and labia, a burning sensation, redness, and discomfort, with thin white discharge but no odor. I am not using any medications except for Ritalin and an antihistamine 1-2 times a week. I recently had a genital herpes outbreak and have been healing from chronic urticaria. I had unprotected sex in late November and started Nexplanon birth control afterward, while also taking Topamax, which is known to counteract birth control. I've been treated for gonorrhea twice, first with a shot and then with pills. After taking the pills, my urine has been cloudy for a few weeks and hasn't cleared up. I'm not sure if I'm cured or not. Is cloudy urine a sign of gonorrhea or chlamydia? What should I do?

I’m 21 years old and have had a red vulva for a week. I experienced swelling and itching initially, which I treated with hydrocortisone and cold compresses. The swelling and itching have subsided, but the labia majora remains red. I haven’t had a pap test or pelvic exam, but I had a yeast infection a month ago, which I treated with Canesten and Flufeme. I’m sexually active and have been in a physical relationship for a year. I’ve attached a photo of the area and am concerned because this is my first time experiencing such issues.
