I have been experiencing unexplained and progressively heavier vaginal bleeding between periods for a few months now. I am not using any contraceptives, had a normal Pap test last year, and have a history of bacterial vaginosis and one abnormal Pap test in 2006 showing hyperplasia. Additionally, I notice increased bleeding after workouts. What could be causing this and what tests should I undergo?

I'm needing guidance on when the likeliness is that I got pregnant. I'm 13 weeks and 4 days pregnant, taking bupropion, sertraline, and vyvanse, and using prenatal vitamins. I have regular 26-day cycles and know the days I had sex during my cycle. I had sex with two different men, about two weeks apart, and am worried about who the father is. My due date is November 17th/18th, and I had sex on the following dates: 2/11, 2/12, 2/17, 2/18, 2/28, 3/1, 3/2. Can medications like sertraline delay ovulation, and is an early ultrasound at 7.5 weeks with a heartbeat able to determine conception date with high accuracy?

I am currently 14 weeks pregnant with my second child and have been using progesterone suppositories for a week. My doctor offered a preventative cerclage, but warned it might cause contractions that don't stop. Should I continue with the progesterone suppositories or opt for the cerclage? My first pregnancy had spontaneous contractions and cervical funneling at 21 weeks, which required an emergency cerclage and strict bed rest.
