I have been spotting for the past four days, my last period ended on November 22. This also happened back in September. I am not using contraceptives and I am not sexually active. I had a tumor removed from my left ovary in 2016. My periods are usually heavy on the second and third days, with small clumps coming out. I’m on my period which normally lasts five days, but suddenly on the third day at night, I stopped bleeding. The bleeding was heavy initially, then light, and finally stopped. I am 23 years old, not using any contraceptives or medications, and have no new habits like exercising or dieting. I started cramping last week but my period didn’t start until Saturday; the cramping stopped yesterday, but I had a headache today.
