I have been on the same birth control for about 2 years now and recently noticed brown discharge and some bleeding/spotting, along with a noticeable odor. I have not missed a single pill and take it on time every day. My last period was regular, coming every 4 weeks, and I am supposed to get it around Monday. I have only ever been sexually active with one person. What could be causing this and should I be concerned?
