I have been getting yeast infections every time I have intercourse. I had my tubes tied in early June which resulted in an abscess. I was on hardcore antibiotics for 3 weeks every 8 hours via PICC line. I have treated the yeast infection with over the counter Monistat 3-4 times and once with Diflucan. I noticed symptoms again two days ago. It seems to go away and come back. I'm curious if the antibiotics are still taking a toll on the strength of the healthy bacteria down there. What could be causing this and what can I do to alleviate the symptoms until I can see a doctor?

I have been diagnosed with PCOS and have been experiencing extremely painful sex for the past few months, which is causing tension in my relationship. I have irregular periods and have not been using contraceptives for over a year. My last Pap test was around the time of my PCOS diagnosis, and I had a DNC due to a thickened uterine lining. I went to the ER about a week ago due to lower abdominal pain and was diagnosed with a 3.6 cm ovarian cyst on my right ovary. The pain has improved slightly but still occurs, especially after sex. I have a Mirena IUD and a history of kidney stones. What should I do next, and what are the causes and treatment options for ovarian cysts?

I am trying to conceive and have been tracking my ovulation using high chance fertility tests. I experienced peak fertility, followed by low/no chance of fertility, and then tested again to find I was back to high chance. What does this mean and when is the best day to try?
