I have been menstruating for a month, which is unusual for me as my periods are usually very irregular, sometimes skipping months. I am not sexually active and do not use contraception. I drink about 18 to 20 medium-sized bottles of beer weekly and recently took Nyquil after drinking 6 beers, which seems to have triggered this prolonged period. I am concerned if this is due to the alcohol and Nyquil, and if it could have caused internal damage. Additionally, I had a similar issue in 2010 and was prescribed Primolut-N and Meprate. Is it safe to take these medications again? I also went to the emergency department recently, where they diagnosed me with dysfunctional uterine bleeding due to hormonal imbalance and prescribed contraceptive pills for three months. Will my menstrual cycle regulate after this course, and when should I expect my bleeding to stop and the next course to begin?

I am currently pregnant and my OB/GYN is unsure of the cause. What can be done to alleviate this itching?

I have been trying to get pregnant for a year and four months without success. I chart my ovulation using a calendar and a Clearblue Easy fertility monitor, which detects my LH surge. This month, I felt a severe cramp around the 11th, which I think might be a sign of ovulation. My periods are regular, every 25 to 26 days, and I have a history of PID and painful periods with clots. I am using Preseed lubricant, and my partner is older with six children. Could I have PCOS, or could there be an issue with my partner's sperm count or mobility, or am I not ovulating properly?
