I’m a day late on my period and I’m starting to worry because it usually happens on the exact day it should each month, but this time it hasn’t. My last period was on March 9th, and I’m only on a sleeping pill. There was unprotected intercourse on April 1st, 2nd, March 25th, 26th, March 18th, 19th, and March 12th, 13th. I have a question regarding my both breasts. I am 30 years old and have noticed that both my breasts feel achy and have a stabbing sensation that comes and goes. I have naturally large breasts (34DD) and have been using a sports bra more often due to stress from a recent divorce and lawsuit. I have not slept well lately, and when I sleep on my breasts, they hurt. I don't have any lumps, color changes, or discharge, but I am scared because I don't know what it is. I also had COVID two months ago and pulled a muscle from coughing. The pain is dull and comes and goes. It increases when I lay on them, wear something tight, or when I worry. I have PTSD and have not tried any medication.
