I have been spotting for over 2 weeks now. It is constant and varies from dark brown to light red. I usually start my period on the 11th or 12th of every month, but this time I started spotting on the 20th without any period cramps. I also have slight stomach pains and a musty smell from the spotting. Could my low iron be the problem, and what else could be causing this?

I got my period 14 days after my last period, but it’s very light. My last period began on September 19th. I'm not using any contraceptives or medications other than my inhaler, and I'm 42 years old. My periods are usually very regular, and this started on October 3rd. I had unprotected sex during my fertile period, but my partner had a vasectomy. I have no pelvic pain and this is the first time I've experienced this issue. What could be causing this light bleeding, and what can I do about it?

I have a red bump on one side of my vagina lip, similar to a pimple, that appeared about a week ago. I have not had sex in months, so I don’t think it’s an STD. Could it be from sweat and dirt? I shaved the area a week ago and the bump is slightly tender to the touch. My vaginal discharge is regular, clear/creamier in color, and I do not experience painful or burning sensations with urination. How should I address this issue?

I’ve been experiencing a persistent, stable, and constant fishy odor from my vaginal area for about 3 months. I’ve tried using boric acid, which helps temporarily, but the odor returns. I am 19 years old, have no other medical conditions, and am not taking any medications. There is a small amount of thicker discharge, but no itching, burning, pain, swelling, changes in temperature, abdominal pain, or urinary issues. What could be causing this odor, and what can I do to resolve it?
