I have a Bartholin cyst with increasing redness, pain, and tenderness, but no fever. I also have COVID-19, which prevents me from seeing an OB/GYN in person. I've tried ibuprofen and warm baths without relief. There is slight leaking of clear fluid, and the area looks like a dark red-purple mark.
