I have been using the NuvaRing for a couple of years and am going on vacation in 8 days. I am supposed to take my NuvaRing out in 5 days, which would mean I would have my period for most of the trip. Can I take it out earlier or leave it in longer to avoid having my period during the vacation?

I have not had menstruation for 3 months, and I have had irregular periods since high school. I started having regular periods after losing weight, but they became irregular again after moving to another country. I am 22 years old, do not use contraceptives, and am still a virgin. My last period was in September, and I have experienced stress and a slight weight gain since moving to Canada from the Philippines. I had an ultrasound in 2019 that showed an imbalance of hormones, with higher male hormones. What could be the cause of my irregular periods and what can I do about it?

I am worried about potential listeria exposure from eating chopped chicken liver and microgreens during pregnancy. I have avoided cheeses and deli meats but have eaten unpasteurized honey and microgreens. I am 38 years old, taking prenatal, thyroid, asthma meds, Pepcid, and cipralex. I'm 25 weeks pregnant and saw red spotting throughout the day today. Should I be worried? I had spotting in the first trimester, but it was like dried blood discharge and my pregnancy has been smooth since then. I take prenatal vitamins daily and jog for 30 minutes regularly. I don't have any significant medical history and haven't had cramps following the spotting.

I have noticed some post coital bleeding recently, with some pain noted during certain positions. My pap screen returned no abnormal results, and I have had all STI screens previously completed. I am 40 and on no birth control. Is this concerning?
