I have blood clots in my urine and brown discharge, along with abdominal pain that comes and goes. I've also experienced nausea and bloating. My periods are irregular due to PCOS, and I missed my last period. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

I had just gotten my period last week but I seem to be bleeding again and I don’t totally understand why. I was on birth control but I’ve been off of it for a little. It started spotting this morning but it doesn’t seem too bad. I am 18 and not using any medications. Is there anything else in my medical history you think the Doctor should know?

I’m having abnormal heavy bleeding for 21 days due to irregular use of birth control tablets. The bleeding is getting worse, and I’m concerned if it will stop.
