I am experiencing lower abdominal pain and spotting, which has recently become more constant and painful, affecting my ability to walk and sit comfortably. I have a swollen vagina and am concerned I have BV. I have had the swelling for a few weeks. The affected area is inside, so it's hard to tell how large it is, and it's not very painful, just swollen. I take birth control and have taken a boric acid pill. I am 25 years old and have a white vaginal discharge without a cottage cheese consistency, severe vaginal itching/swelling, a strong fishy odor sometimes, and occasional pain/burning sensation with urination. I haven't been sexually active in two months and am currently on Linessa birth control.

I have been experiencing bleeding for 2 days, which is unusual as I had my last period 2 weeks ago and am not due for another 10 days. I am currently on birth control (Tri-Nessa), spironolactone, and seysara. I have regular cycles, am 25 years old, and sexually active. I have never missed a pill and have not taken Plan B in the last month. I am concerned because I recently added spironolactone and seysara to my medication routine and have started having unprotected sex. What could be causing this bleeding and should I be concerned?

I am taking Lo loestrin fe birth control pills. I want to know if it's okay to take my pill a few hours later than the regular scheduled time, as long as I am taking them every day. Additionally, I want to know if it's okay to continue taking the pill during my period.
