I have constant brown discharge that occurs 14-15 days after my period, but not during menstruation. The discharge is thick and has no noticeable odor. I am 21 years old, not sexually active, and take Lexapro. I had a clear Pap smear recently but was treated for yeast infection. What could be causing the brown discharge, and what steps can I take to address it?

I am 32 years old and had my menstrual cycle from October 10-18 to October 24. I believe I am ovulating now. Yesterday and today, I noticed brown spots on my underwear, and after intercourse today, I had a significant amount of maroon, almost blood-like discharge when I wiped. Could this be serious?

I'm bleeding from my vagina and it started after having sex for the first time in over a week. I don't have any medications and I'm 19 years old. The bleeding seems stable and I don't feel any vaginal cuts or tears, but I do have swelling and soreness on the outside of my vagina. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I am a 35-year-old female with a history of one abnormal pap (LSIL) at age 22, which cleared on its own. My recent routine pap came back as HSIL, and I underwent a colposcopy with a biopsy that showed cells with changes raising suspicion for possible AIS. I am on Pristiq 50 mg daily and Visanne 2 mg daily, and have a family history of dedifferentiated endometrial carcinoma (mother). I am concerned about the possibility of invasive adenocarcinoma and the recommended treatment, including whether an aggressive LEEP or a cone biopsy is preferred, and the potential outcomes and risks involved.
