I have constant lower abdominal pain that is dull and achy, and it gets a little better when I'm laying down. I've also experienced a loss of appetite for the last two days. I'm 26 years old, pregnant with my fifth baby, and I'm only 6 weeks along. I've never experienced this early in pregnancy before. What could be causing this pain and loss of appetite?

I have had constant bad constipation for a week and a half and started spotting halfway through my period. I have bad stomach pains, bloating, and am on birth control, Prozac, Wellbutrin, and Buspirone. What could be causing this and what can I do to alleviate it?

I am having pain in my back, specifically on the left side in the mid-back area just below my shoulder blade. The pain started two days ago as a sharp pain but has now become a dull, constant pain, especially when sitting down and relaxing. I am five weeks and three days pregnant. I am managing the pain with Tylenol and have not experienced numbness, muscle weakness, or increased fatigue, though I am extra tired, which I believe is normal for early pregnancy. I also have a benign pituitary adenoma, but it is tiny and recently checked with no issues besides occasional headaches, which are normal. Should I be concerned about the back pain?

I haven’t had my period in 3 months but I can’t be pregnant. Should I be worried? I'm 15 years old, 5'7" and 200 lbs, with regular cycles usually lasting 5 days. I'm not taking any contraceptive pills and haven't taken Plan B. Sometimes when I exercise, I hear my breathing through one ear, and my ears feel weird, like there's pressure or they might be clogged. What could be causing these issues, and what should I do?
