I have constant pain in the vaginal area, difficulty having intercourse, urine leakage, difficulty walking, constipation one minute and constant urination after a bowel movement. I no longer can walk distance, aerobics, water aerobics, difficulty sitting, only position comfortable is laying down. I am taking 5tylenols a day and still cannot handle the pain. I suffer with chronic pain, bilateral epicondylitis which I cannot even feel compared to this. I picked up lab report today that says fibroid 5x9x6mm left uterus? and endometrium measures 1.4mm. Urologist report said cystocele, rectocele and prolapse uterus. Pessary put in yesterday and I want to scream in pain, cannot even drive my car today. I bend over and pain on left side of vaginal area and I can feel a lump. When I urinate any time its okay at first and then burning pain when finishing. I am so desperate as the pain is the worst I have ever felt and I have a high tolerance. Please help, what should I do?

I tested positive for syphilis, despite being in a monogamous relationship and having no other sexual encounters outside of it. My partner tested negative for syphilis. How could I have contracted syphilis, and is there any other way of getting it, such as through swimming or using a public toilet?

I've had my period since August 20th and I'm concerned. I'm not using any contraceptives or medications, I'm 30 years old, and my last gynecological checkup was in November 2021. I have irregular periods, possibly due to PCOS, and the bleeding has been daily, varying from heavy to light. Are there any over-the-counter medications I can use to stop the bleeding, and what other tests or treatments should I consider?

I had an ultrasound after experiencing pain with no bleeding. The report states: 'Within the uterus is a saclike structure that is partially collapsed and filled with debris, measuring 9.5 mm in greatest diameter correlating with a 5 week 4 day gestational age. No yolk sac or fetal pole is identified.' Does this indicate a miscarriage?

My vagina hurts badly, especially as the day progresses, and feels like a cucumber with glass is tearing me up from my left ovary to about 1/4 inch from the opening. I have an undiagnosed autoimmune disorder suspected to be lupus, and I have a history of ovarian cysts and kidney stones. My periods have been spotty, and I have no rash, discharge, or urinary symptoms. What could be causing this pain and what tests should I consider?

I took a pregnancy test that came out negative, but there's a faint line next to it that I can barely see unless I put it to the light. I'm on birth control, and my period came on during sex last week. I'm trying to ensure my birth control did not fail. Are there any concerns with my situation, and what does the faint line indicate?
