I have no lower stomach pain, am not on birth control, and have not been on any medication or supplement. I started a boot camp 6 days ago to lose weight, which may be contributing to the hormone imbalance. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I'm 63 years old, have had two vaginal births, a vaginal hysterectomy, and a previous small operation for the same problem.
