I have doubts about whether I may be pregnant. I am not using any contraceptives, my last period began on December 17, and I am 22 years old. My periods are not regular, and my last period lasted 8 days instead of the usual 3 or 4 days. I live with my fiance and we do not use any method of protection. I’m on birth control but got my period a week early. It has lasted a week so far. I’ve been on birth control since November 2022. My last period began May 25 and ended May 29. I take 200mg of Lamotrigine daily, 10 mg of buspirone twice daily, and 75mg Welbutrin daily. I am 28. My period has been very consistent the last several years, but I regularly experience heavy bleeding and severe cramps. Symptoms of this period have been mild. I have not missed a birth control dose. Should I go to an urgent care, ER, or try to get in with my PCP tomorrow, or wait until my scheduled appointment this coming Tuesday?
