I have extreme vaginal burning both inside and outside, making it difficult to urinate, and I've noticed sores. The burning is unbearable at night and less severe during the day. I started experiencing this on Sunday/Monday. I have minimal discharge and odor, and I had unprotected sex on Saturday. I was prescribed a five-day antibiotic, but there's been no improvement. I also have an itchy rash near my anus. What can I do to alleviate the symptoms and should I seek further treatment?

I have painful nipples, white clear discharge, and a burning sensation around the rim of my vagina. I'm on antibiotics (nitrofurantoin), metoprolol, and a blood thinner (Xarelto). I thought it was a urinary tract infection. Could this be a yeast infection?

I have tissue on the posterior fourchette that hasn't healed well following some fleshy clusters of bumps near the vaginal entrance on the left side. I've had the bumps for about a month and a half now. They are not itchy or a different color. I am 30 years old and supposedly got an HPV vaccine at least a year or two ago, but I don't remember getting all three shots. What could these bumps be, and what should I do about them?

I am a 28-year-old woman with regular periods and no current medications. I took Plan B on September 2, had an early period from September 11-16, and another period a week ago. Since then, I have noticed significant hair thinning, back cramps, lower abdominal pressure, and increased anxiety and depression. I have read about taking spironolactone for hair loss but have not taken it in about six months. What should I do to address these symptoms and hair loss?
