I had my period a week ago and I am still bleeding. I am 43 years old, do not use contraceptives, and this irregularity is new. My last period started and ended on September 6-11, but I started bleeding again on September 13 with small blood clots. I have been experiencing light bleeding since then and also dealing with night sweats. My periods are generally regular, and I have not experienced mood swings or frequent urination. What could be causing this prolonged bleeding?

I have brownish yellow and greenish yellow discharge, and I noticed small sesame seed-like particles in my urine coming from my vagina. The discharge started a month ago before my period and has a slight odor and mucusy texture. I have high prolactin and a pituitary adenoma, for which I take Cabergoline.
