I have had a pain on my right side for a few weeks now, which intensified after some construction work. I have a history of ovarian cysts and experienced vaginal bleeding this morning, which is unusual as my period is not due for another 2 weeks. I have a Bartholin cyst with increasing redness, pain, and tenderness, but no fever. I also have COVID-19, which prevents me from seeing an OB/GYN in person. I've tried ibuprofen and warm baths without relief. There is slight leaking of clear fluid, and the area looks like a dark red-purple mark. Should I go to the ER due to the increasing pain, and what can be done for relief?
