I have had irregular menstrual cycles due to long-term use of birth control. Recently, I experienced a prolonged menstrual cycle and was diagnosed with a hormone imbalance and low vitamin D levels. I have since taken vitamin D supplements, but the bleeding has fluctuated and become heavy again. What can I do to address this issue, considering I want to have children and do not want to rely on birth control pills?

I got Nexplanon implanted about 2-3 weeks ago. The following days after I had sex and took Plan B just in case. Now that I'm on my period, I had a huge amount of discharge. Not just deep red but like a sack of white covered in deep red. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I have been experiencing spotting for the past 3 days with mucus discharge, missed period for 9 days, and a negative pregnancy test. The discharge started 5 days ago and comes and goes. It is a white mucus discharge with a little pinkish tint and has no odor. My last period started on April 17 and ended on April 21, and it usually comes regularly. I got my IUD on May 8. I also have cramping, back pain, and a temperature of 38°C, which I usually never get. I recently gave birth vaginally, and my baby is 2 months old. I am breastfeeding. Should I be worried about the discharge and spotting even if I don't get my period?
