I have had several yeast infections in the last couple of months, and despite tests showing no active yeast, I still experience vulvar pain and burning. I've used Mycelex ointment/cream and terconozole cream, which helped temporarily. I also have some abrasions that may be from sex. What could be causing my persistent symptoms and what treatments should I consider?

I am 74 years old and have experienced spotting three times in the past two months. I am not sexually active and have no pain, but some backaches. My last pap test was 3 or 4 years ago with no irregular results. I take low-dose aspirin and pravastatin daily. What could be causing the spotting?

Trying to conceive, could I be pregnant? (Negative test, but read details below) Thanks :)? I was on birth control pills for about 3-4 months and the last pill I took was on October 23rd. I did get my period on time last month on October 27th. My period is due Nov 24th so I wouldn't know if I was pregnant yet. I noticed somewhat thick white discharge in my underwear, my nipples are very sensitive to the touch since last Friday, and I ovulated last week. I took a test today from the dollar store and it was negative, but I only ovulated a week ago, and my period is due next Wednesday. Is it possible that I am pregnant still, or should I not keep my hopes up?
