I am in the beginning of my 4th pregnancy and I'm feeling something like Braxton Hicks already all day today. Is there an explanation for this?

Trying to conceive, could I be pregnant? (Negative test, but read details below) Thanks :)? I was on birth control pills for about 3-4 months and the last pill I took was on October 23rd. I did get my period on time last month on October 27th. My period is due Nov 24th so I wouldn't know if I was pregnant yet. I noticed somewhat thick white discharge in my underwear, my nipples are very sensitive to the touch since last Friday, and I ovulated last week. I took a test today from the dollar store and it was negative, but I only ovulated a week ago, and my period is due next Wednesday. Is it possible that I am pregnant still, or should I not keep my hopes up?

I had unprotected sex on October 9th and later experienced abnormal symptoms including appendicitis and irregular bleeding. My urine test was negative, but I'm concerned about the possibility of pregnancy due to late ovulation. I'm 36 years old, have had 8 kids, and have had instances where pregnancy did not show up on urine tests. What could be causing my symptoms, and should I be concerned about pregnancy or other health issues?
