I had unprotected sex on October 9th and later experienced abnormal symptoms including appendicitis and irregular bleeding. I have a noticeable odor from my discharge, which is also a lot. When I feel it dripping out, the smell comes instantly. I examined my vulva and noticed that the thing that dangles inside when you open your flaps has weird pink-ish skin tag looking things on it. My last pap test or pelvic exam was over 2 years ago, and I haven't done a physical for a while. Past exams showed a high white blood cell count, and I tested clean for STIs like chlamydia 1.5 years ago. My discharge for the past 2-3 days has been pinkish/beige, and I'm worried if it could be related to bacterial vaginosis or something else.

I am 25 days late in my period. Usually, I get my period every 30-35 days. My last period was April 12th. I always have very heavy periods with bad cramps. I started spotting last week with some cramps. This has never happened before. Why? I took a pregnancy test yesterday and it said negative.

I have had a positive PAP result for over a year now, and the condition has not improved or worsened. I am concerned about the potential for these HPV cells to become more serious over time. I am also a smoker, which I know is a risk factor. What can I do to prevent the condition from worsening, and when will there be a point where we can actively treat or remove these cells instead of just monitoring them?
