I was diagnosed with a complex ovarian cyst measuring 5 x 3 x 2.4 cm, with a small amount of fluid in the cul-de-sac, and a prominent endometrium measuring 16.7 mm. I am experiencing various symptoms such as low back pain, frequent and urgent need to urinate, constipation, bloating, painful intercourse, tingling/numbness in the left thigh, increasing headaches, rib cage pain, excessive gas, and significant weight loss. I am 25 days late in my period. Usually, I get my period every 30-35 days. My last period was April 12th. I always have very heavy periods with bad cramps. I started spotting last week with some cramps. This has never happened before. Why? I took a pregnancy test yesterday and it said negative.

I have had a positive PAP result for over a year now, and the condition has not improved or worsened. I am concerned about the potential for these HPV cells to become more serious over time. I am also a smoker, which I know is a risk factor. I have been taking birth control pills called Lolo for over two months. My period has stopped, and the last one lasted from February 14th to March 7th. I am concerned about being pregnant due to one instance of unprotected sex on March 13th, but all pregnancy tests have been negative.
