I'm 57 years old and have gone through menopause since my early 30s. Recently, after being sexually inactive for 7 years, I had sex twice and experienced heavy bleeding with clots. The first time, I bled lightly for two days, which I thought was normal. However, the second time, the bleeding was severe and accompanied by clots.
