I have intense itching in the labia area, which comes and goes, especially after my period. The area feels sensitive and raw, but there is no visible redness or discharge. I have a Kyleena IUD and have been using the same tampons for a while. What could be causing this itching, and what should I do about it?

I had white creamy discharge a week ago along with itching. I treated it as thrush, the discharge went away but the itching stayed, and now I have lesions on my vagina, pain when urinating, and blood in my urine. Could this still be a yeast infection or something else?
