I have missed my period for about three months with negative pregnancy test results. My periods were regular but started to be irregular three years ago. I have done several tests, including a laparoscopy for PCOS, and was placed on metformin for three months with no effect. I am currently experiencing hot flashes on my neck, which worsen after sex, leading to neck pain and headaches, making me unwilling to have sex with my husband. What could be causing these symptoms and what further steps should I take?

I had sex with my boyfriend a week ago and noticed some small cuts at the entrance of the vagina, which developed into an ulcer and was extremely painful. I've been prescribed lidocaine gel, an antibiotic, and an antiviral. Since using the lidocaine gel, I've developed blisters. Could the blisters be a reaction to the lidocaine gel, or can you develop ulcers first and blisters later with herpes?

I am 64 years old and have been experiencing itching and irritation in my vaginal area for the past 2 days. The symptoms have been consistent and my skin looks normal without any visible discharge. I am concerned it might be a yeast infection. How should I treat this?

My period was supposed to end in 7 days but I'm still having light bleeding. I'm 30 years old, have regular periods, and have been taking prenatal vitamins. I don't exercise but do heavy lifting at my job. I'm not using any contraceptives. What could be causing the light bleeding and should I take a pregnancy test?

I was prescribed Combipatch and I have long hauler COVID symptoms that have persisted for 3 years. I'm afraid to take Combipatch because it might worsen my long hauler symptoms. What do you think?

I have a vaginal ultrasound scheduled today that I'm terrified for. I had a D&C and Mirena IUD inserted right after about a year ago. Since then, I have been unable to have sex because it is so painful to the vaginal walls. I tried to get the IUD removed but the strings broke, and it was said to be embedded. This experience was so excruciating that I have been terrified to get the ultrasound ever since, due to the pain in the vaginal walls. Is there any way I can ease the pain for my ultrasound today? I need this IUD out as it has caused so many problems physically and mentally.
