I experience pain and bleeding after sex if I go 2-3 days without having sex, and I have an IUD (Kyleena). Could this be due to the IUD being out of place, or is it something else? I also have vaginal pain during penetration, abdominal pain with bloating, regular periods that are light and brown, vaginal itching, and discharge. I haven't seen a doctor yet but want to know how to address this issue.

I am in perimenopause and currently taking Oestrogen, Utrogestan, Testogel, and Vagifem for vaginal atrophy (VA). I experienced vaginal irritation with a tampon and have had recent vulvar irritation and slight watery discharge. A urine test showed leukocytes, no nitrites, and a little blood, possibly from my last cycle. The nurse suggested an antibiotic called Monotrim, but it's causing dizziness and abdominal pain. What could be causing the irritation, and is there a gentler antibiotic or a way to treat it without antibiotics? How can I differentiate between VA and a urinary tract infection (UTI)? Should I switch to oral Utrogestan, and if so, how many tablets should I take?

Me and my partner had unprotected sex twice on day 4 of her period. I didn't ejaculate in her either time, but she took Plan B after 17 hours of the first time and within 2 hours of the second time. I am paranoid about her being pregnant even though all the steps to prevent it were taken. Is there any reason to think she can be pregnant with the scenario and the precautions that were taken?
