I have ichtyness in my vagina and clear liquid coming out. It’s also painful to have intercourse. The pain is only when we try to have sex and is ichty constantly for about a week. The pain feels like sandpaper. I had an abortion in June and I also have polycystic ovarian syndrome. I’m 23, no smell in the discharge, and no recent multiple partners. I have a pea-sized white lump next to my vaginal opening. I noticed it about a week ago and it hasn't gotten worse. It's slightly tender and occasionally itchy.
