I have Nexplanon and wasn't bleeding at all for a year, but then started getting irregular bleeding for about a week at a time, which has progressed to bleeding for 2 months straight in April and now for 3 weeks. How long have you dealt with the bleeding? Have you experienced this in the past? When was your last pap test or pelvic exam? Any irregular results from past exams? Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?

I'm 4 days late on my period, have been trying to conceive for 9 months, and got a negative home pregnancy test at 17 days past ovulation (dpo). I've been experiencing cramping since 3 dpo, had slight bleeding at 6 dpo, and brown spotting mixed with cervical mucus at 8 dpo. I've also noticed increased milky/egg white cervical mucus. Is there a chance my hCG levels are still too low for the home test to detect, and what should I do next?
