I have not gotten my period in 5 months. I have missed my period before but not for this long. I am 24 years old, not using any contraceptives, and have gained weight in the past year with consistent acne on my chin and mouth area. I have been under a lot of stress and sometimes feel fatigued easily. I have also felt some discomfort/pressure and bloating in my lower abdomen occasionally. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My doctor suggested stopping the pill to see if it resolves these issues. However, I am concerned about the potential return of acne, as my skin was better while on the pill. I have irritation and painful cysts near my vulva. Could this be an STD? I’ve dealt with problems in that area (jock itch) for the past few months, but for the past few weeks it has worsened. I just turned 21 in January and haven’t had a pap test or pelvic exam yet. What could be causing these cysts and what should I do?

I have PCOS and have been experiencing a prolonged period since April 16, which is now ongoing until June 22nd. It's been spotting rather than a heavy flow, and I'm concerned. I'm 25 years old, not using any medications, but I am taking a supplement called Ovasitol. I had an ultrasound that showed multiple cysts on my ovaries, and I was diagnosed with PCOS. I think I am having a miscarriage. Should I go to the ER or can I pass it at home? I’m only at 6 weeks gestation. I started bleeding yesterday morning with some light spotting the day before. I have steady red bleeding with small clots, lower back pain, and cramps. I am 34 years old, this is my second pregnancy, and my first had no complications. I have some period-like cramps and mild lower back pain but no severe or intense pain.

I have been randomly bleeding for a few minutes and a lot from my vagina. It is fresh blood and I'm 2 weeks away from my period and have been taking my pill on time. I have always had really bad periods with painful cramps and heavy flow, even on the pill. I started using contraceptives in 2014. What could be causing this bleeding?
